Terms & Conditions

Customers must provide all order details before the order begins. This includes theme, colors, names, wording, photos, event date, quantity, product choice, and any special requests.

A $35 design fee applies to custom designs created from scratch. If you already have your own completed design and only need printing, the $35 design fee does not apply.

Orders do not begin until payment or deposit is received. Full payment may be required depending on the item, quantity, and order details.

A proof or mockup may be sent before production. Customers are responsible for checking all spelling, names, dates, colors, photos, and layout before approving the design.

Basic changes may be allowed before final approval. Additional revisions or changes requested after approval may require an extra fee.
