How Custom Orders Work

Submit Your Details

Please include your theme, colors, names, photos,

wording, event date,

quantity, and any

special requests.

2.

Confirm Pricing

Pricing may vary

depending on the item,

design details, quantity,

add-ons, and

turnaround time.

3.

Design Approval

A proof or mockup may

be sent for approval

before production begin. Please check names, spelling, dates, colors, and

layout carefully.

4.

Production Begins

Once your design is

approved and payment

is complete, your order

will move into

production.

5.

Receive Your Order

Your order will be

completed based on the

product selected and

the pickup, delivery,

shipping, or digital option available.

Design
Fee

A $35 design fee applies to custom designs created from scratch.

This fee covers the time, creativity, layout, and preparation

needed to create your custom design.

If you already have your own completed design and only

need printing, the $35 design fee does not apply.
