CUSTOM ORDERS
All custom orders are made specifically for each customer. Once the design process, printing, or production has started, custom orders are non-refundable.
DESIGN FEES
Design fees are non-refundable once design work has started. This fee covers the time, creativity, layout, and preparation used to create your custom design.
CUSTOMER APPROVAL
A proof or mockup may be sent before production. Customers are responsible for checking spelling, names, dates, photos, colors, wording, and layout before approving.
CHANGES AFTER APPROVAL
Changes requested after approval may require an additional fee. Once an item is printed, produced, or completed, changes may not be possible.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If there is an issue with your order, please contact Kera Kreations as soon as possible with photos and details so the issue can be reviewed.
DIGITAL PRODUCTS
Digital products, digital invitations, video invitations, flyers, files, and downloadable designs are non-refundable once delivered.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations may only be accepted before any design work, printing, or production has started.
FINAL SALE NOTICE
