Custom Mugs

This order includes 1–2 minor revisions before final approval. Due to the custom nature of mugs, refunds are not available once design work or production has started.

Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days after all details are received. Rush orders may include an additional fee.

Hand wash only is recommended. Do not soak. Do not place in the dishwasher or microwave unless the mug is specifically marked safe for that use.

Please submit clear, high-quality photos or logo files. Blurry, screenshot, or low-resolution images may require a cleanup fee.

Mugs may be customized using sublimation or another suitable method depending on the mug type, color, and design request. The best method will be used to help create a clean, long-lasting design.

Regular and color-changing mugs are available in 11 oz and 15 oz sizes. Mugs can be customized with names, photos, logos, quotes, themes, colors, or special wording. Color-changing mugs reveal the design when hot liquid is added.

After purchase, please submit your photos, logo, wording, colors, theme, names, dates, and any special details through the custom order form.

All prices include the selected mug option, custom design setup, wording, photo/logo placement if selected, and final mug preparation.
